the RroD usually indicates your Xbox is overheating, and (this is purely guessing), you may have put the 360 back together with a piece in the wrong place causing it to heat up even faster (or your fan is off-balance)

Maybe the 360 laughted so hard it burned a led… XD
I had a similar problem. They have a recall for that. I filled out a form online. Two days later had a box arrive at my house. Shipped my Xbox back to Microsoft. One week later got fixed/new one. Never had problem again. My was 3 years old and they still did it for free.
send it away.. A LOT of 360s have this problem. you shouldnt have to fix it yourself it will be replaced. search google or go to the official 360 website for a form
2 red rings indicate that something is connected improperly wether internal or external. My idea would be since you opened it reopen your xbox and check all connections along with everything you touched insuring that everything is in its proper place. For that i would use a diagram. google for that. if that doesnt work well you might just be out your xbox.
Take the mother board out and replace the cooler inside. the cooler is white and hanging off the mother board by the two x clamps 1 hour fix tops!!!!!!!!!!!
Send it away and get a new one.My brother’s xbox 360 did that twice but they still fixed it, even the second time and his isn’t exactly new.
