Xbox RROD Fix
So your Xbox has undergone a hardware failure. Well! Sooner or later it was bound to happen. To this day, these are persisting. These are the Xbox rrod or the Red rings of death. These are certainly worrying signs for Xbox 360 endorsers. Except for the upper right quadrant, the other three quadrants go red. If the fourth had gone red as well, it could have been a simple plug-in default of AV cable, but three reds mean something far menacing. It means end to the gaming career for a short while. In absence of effective techniques, the only option with us is to send it to the Microsoft repair office.
But is there a simple Xbox RROD fix?
There are few techniques we may try. One is the towel trick, now this is quite funny right at its outset. The gadget we are talking about costs about $300 to $400 and is a hi-tech gizmo. Wrapping it with a towel as if it was a grinder makes no sense. These plans will only work for us if we have God’s hand with us. There are few Xbox 360 guides though, which help us with downloading repairing manuals. Such manuals are providing step by step guide to rectifying the issue. The guides suggest permanent fix methods and teach in a user-friendly manner. The hardware failure can occur due to various reasons. It can be caused due to cold soldering which does not allow for proper soldering of the lead-free solders beneath the motherboard. In other cases, power AC inputs get scorched or the intercoolers stop functioning properly. Overheating of motherboard or permanently scratched discs can also create problems. Microsoft has altered many of its manufacturing formats to counter such problems. People think of being mechanical experts themselves. Its great to judge one self well but then to try out one’s craft on a well-meant gizmo is bound to bring failure. This is what happens. We perform soldering. We stretch our iron rods. We take out all possible wires but it is no help either.

Now that we know that the Xbox 360 would need a repair unless something drastic is done by Microsoft, we might as well try sending it to their office or else we can try out the guides that are discussed earlier.

Remember the achievement unlocked: left the house shirt? Someone has found a cheat for that achievement: he or she stuffed 2 Xbox 360s, 2 projectors and 2 flat screen monitors inside a Suzuki.
Mine just bit the dust. I upgraded to an elite 1 1/2 years ago and she bit the big one today. I’ve got her packed up and ready for shipment to mother.
